What is TENS technology, and how will it help me?
TENS is an acronym for Transcutaneous (through the skin) Electrical Nerve Stimulation, which blocks pain signals from distressed nerves, and prevents them from reaching the brain. TENS technology has been available for decades.  The Revive Back™ TENS unit is FDA cleared for direct to consumer use and is non-invasive and highly effective. It will help you specifically by relieving pain, which is destructive to the body physically, mentally and emotionally.  The pain relief allows the body to relax, and begin healing.  The pain relief provided by Revive Back™ will also be instrumental in decreasing the amount of pain medication needed, and help you return to your normal activities. Where chronic pain is present, the belt can be worn continuously if needed and can even be worn under clothing.

What does the belt feel like when I have it on?
The belt is extremely comfortable, simple to use and easily adjustable. The lumbar design it offers will also feel good to the back, as it provides extra support. The electrical impulses feel like tiny currents massaging and moving through the muscles. The feeling is very comfortable, and the strength of the impulses is variable depending on how you set the controls. The intensity goes from 0-99.  The belt comes with an instruction guide that is extremely informative.

How often can I use the belt?
The belt can be used as often as it is needed, and can be worn all day if necessary. There is no limit to how many TENS sessions you can do.  You can also wear the belt for just lumbar support when you are not doing a TENS session.  The belt can also be worn inconspicuously under clothing in the event you want to wear your belt at work or while out.

How many programs does the Revive Back™ Belt have and what are the differences?
Revive Back™ has three programs that address your individual needs.

Program 1: Pain Gate Control:
Mild electrical currents engage the nerves thus blocking the pain pathway to the brain.

Program 2: Pain Gate Control and Endorphin Release:
Alternating mild electrical current frequency that combines pain gate control and endorphin release.

Program 3: Endorphin Release:
Mild electrical current that stimulate the release of endorphins, which are the body’s natural pain relieving chemical.

What are the Gel Pads and how often do I need to change them?
The Gel Pads are medical grade devices. Their unique coating adheres to your skin and they act as the conductor for the TENS electrical pulses that block pain signals to the brain.  As you apply and remove them from your skin, they begin to lose their adhesiveness and firmness.  Gel pads last about 25-30 sessions, so plan accordingly, as the success of your pain relief session depends on the quality of your gel pads. If your pain is acute, and you will use your belt frequently, you will need more sets of Gel Pads.  We recommend ordering at least 2-3 extra sets at the time of your order.  Always plan well so that you are never without gel pads, and consequently without the use of your belt.

Are the Gel Pads applied directly to my back when I am wearing the belt for lumbar support but NOT doing a TENS session?
NO – you do not wear the Gel Pads unless you are doing a TENS session.  The Gel Pads have liners that cover up the adhesive part when you are not doing a TENS session….and are easily snapped off (just one button each) when you are only using the belt for lumbar support.

Can others use my belt?
The Revive Back™ Belt can be worn by any number of people as it is completely adjustable for waist sizes 30” to 56.”  Keep in mind that if you will need to replace the Gel Pads more regularly if multiple people are suing your Revive Back™ belt.  They need to be replaced approximately every 25-30 sessions, so be sure to have extra Gel Pads on hand.

What are the terms of your 2 year warranty?
Our warranty, considered one of the broadest in the business, covers defects in manufacturing that occur despite correct use of the product in accordance with the product manual and instructions. In the unlikely event that a problem should occur with your Revive Back™ Belt, please call us for return information, and we will replace the product for you.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, modification, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage surges from external sources or an unsuitable power supply,  or to any product with an altered or defaced serial number.  The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the Gel Pads. If your Revive Back™ Belt was not working when you received it, you will not be responsible for return shipment to the company. If the belt stops working as a result of use, the customer will bear the cost of return shipment to the company. We recommend you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure your product's safe delivery. We cannot accept any return sent via C.O.D.

I have a pre-existing condition, can I still use the Revive Back™ Belt?
That depends on the condition. You should NOT use the Revive Back™ Belt if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other implanted metallic or electronic unit. The electrical stimulation could interfere with the correct operation of these devices.

You should not use the Revive Back™ Belt if you have undiagnosed chronic pain until the reason for the pain is identified.

You should not use the belt if you have open sores or lesions on your skin, as the belt might aggravate the condition, nor should you use the belt if cancer is present in the body.

If you have any concerns about using the belt beyond these considerations, please consult your physician about the advisability of using the Revive Back™ Belt.

Is there anything I need to be careful of while using the Revive Back™ Belt?
The belt should not be used by anyone who is pregnant or who suffers from any type of heart condition that involves irregular heart beat or use of an electrical unit, such as a pacemaker.  The belt should never be worn in water, and is not recommended for use while sleeping.

The belt should never be used for any purposes or in any manner except that which is presented in the instructional manual.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. If your country is listed on the order page, we will ship to you.
However, for some countries, we must require a money order or bank draft (US dollars) in advance, and charge $20.00 (US) for shipping and handling.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
For regular parcel post, the shipping and handling fee is $20.00 (US). Global Priority, if available for your country, costs $25.00 (US). Most international orders are delivered in 10 days.

Will I be charged a customs fee or tax?
Most countries today charge their citizens an import duty or tax. We are unable to determine this in advance, and you will be responsible for the charge should one be imposed.
